Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy defines the principles of storing and accessing information on the User's devices through Cookies and the use of other technologies, which are used for providing electronic services requested by the User, by Apollogic Sp. z o.o. based in Poznań, Rubież 46, 61-612 Poznań.
Definitions
- Administrator – refers to Apollogic Sp. z o.o. based in Poznań (61-612), Rubież 46, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, conducted by the District Court for the City of Poznań, Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Commercial Division, under the KRS number 0000271719, NIP: 9721149470, Regon: 300476957, which provides electronic services and stores and gains access to information on the User’s devices.
- Cookies – refers to computer data, especially small text files, that are saved and stored on devices used by the User to access the website of the Service.
- Administrator's Cookies – refers to Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to providing services electronically through the Service.
- External Cookies – refers to Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners through the website of the Service.
- Service – refers to the website or application through which the Administrator runs the online service, operating in the domain apollogic.com.
- Device – refers to the electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
- User – refers to an entity for which, under the Terms and conditions and in accordance with the law, electronic services can be provided or an agreement for electronic services can be concluded.
Cookies
The Cookies we use are safe for the User’s device. Specifically, through these, viruses or other unwanted software or malicious programs cannot enter the User’s devices. These files allow identifying the software used by the User and adjusting the Service individually to each User. Cookies typically contain the name of the domain from which they come, the time of storage on the Device, and the assigned value.
We use two types of Cookies:
- Session Cookies: These are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the browser session ends. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. We use the Administrator’s Cookies for the following purposes:

- Ensuring the safety and reliability of the Service.
The Administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:
- Presenting multimedia content on the Service’s web pages, which is downloaded from an external website like youtube.com (administrator of the cookies: Google LLC based in the USA).
- Collecting general and anonymous statistical data through the analytical tool Google Analytics 4 (administrator of the cookies: Google LLC based in the USA).
- Using interactive functions for promoting the service through social media platforms.
The User can independently change the settings regarding Cookies, specifying the conditions for storing and accessing Cookies on their Device. The changes in these settings can be made through the browser settings or the service configuration. These settings can be changed, for example, to block the automatic handling of cookies or to notify the User about every cookie placed on their device. Server Data
For technical reasons, the following data is registered, which your web browser sends to us or our network provider (so-called server log files):

- The website from which you visit us (referring URL)
- The webpage you are visiting
- Date and time of your visit
- Your IP address
This data is anonymous. It is stored separately from any personal data you may provide on our website. It cannot be attributed to a specific person. This data is collected for statistical, marketing purposes, and to optimize our website and offer.
Google Analytics 4 with IP Anonymization
We use Google Analytics 4 – a website analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter “Google”). Google Analytics 4 uses cookies (see above). Information generated by these cookies, such as the time, location, and frequency of website visits, including the IP address, is transmitted to Google in the United States and stored there.
We use Google Analytics 4 on our website with IP anonymization. Your IP address is shortened and thus anonymized by Google within EU member states or other countries of the European Economic Area.

reCAPTCHA
To protect the forms posted on the website, we use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google. It helps protect the site from spam, misuse, and bot attacks, as well as distinguishes whether the visitor is a human or an automated bot.
Google states that the use of this service results in the transmission of data to Google, including: URL, IP address, website user behavior, operating system and browser information, retention, cookies, the statement view, scripts, user entry behavior, and mouse movements within the “reCAPTCHA” checkbox area. However, the IP address provided through the reCAPTCHA service is not linked to other data collected by Google unless the user is logged into their Google account while using the feature.
We have no control over what data Google collects or the scope of it.
If you do not want your data and behavior to be transmitted to Google, you must log out of Google before visiting the site (or using the reCAPTCHA plugin).

Google Ads
To promote our website, we also use the Google Ads advertising tool, which is owned by Google LLC. If you visit our website before such cookies are deleted, we and Google can recognize that you clicked one of our ads and were redirected to our site.
